Exercise of the Week: Yoga Cat-Cow

It’s time for another round of the Exercise of the Week. This week we’re going to take a little break from the weight training and look at some flexibility. Yoga has been sought out by many for flexibility and relaxation. There were teams in the NFL who were using Yoga as a part of their routine during training camp a few years ago. This week’s video is the Cat-Cow pose in Yoga. Enjoy!

    I was just reading about this exercise on page 184 of the new Big Book of 15-Minute Exercises – they called it a “Cat-Camel.” It was recomended as part of a circuit for your back.
