Exercise of the Week: Turkish Get Up

Still got that kettlebell handy? If not, go find it and get it out. Another week and another kettlebell exercise. This week’s installment of Exercise of the Week is the Turkish Get Up. Last week we learned the half-get up and this week we’re going all the way!
