Kettlebell That

Today’s workout was definitely one you could do just about anywhere. I did go to the gym which gave me a variety of kettlebells to work with. I was there for about an hour which is plenty long enough with that!

Started out with 3×20 kettlebell swings with a 30 pound ‘bell.

Then I began walking. First with a 40 pounder overhead for the first trip, second trip was that 40 pounder in the “suitcase” position. Next, I grabbed a 20 pounder and had an uneven load overhead. Walked approximately 50 feet and switched on the way back. Did 2 trips down and back like that. Finished the workout with walking lunges. The first 2 trips down and back were with a 20 pound ‘bell overhead. The last 2 trips were with the ‘bell held in a goblet position.

Will be feeling it in the legs this evening…
