Exercise of the Week: Suitcase Carry

Time for another round of the Exercise of the Week. Last week I featured a favorite of Dan John’s and this week I return with another. The Farmers’ Walks requires the use of two weights to balance as you walk. This week, we will actually remove a weight and just have it on one side. This will require your body to work to remain balanced with the heavy weight on just the one side.
