Exercise of the Week: Straight Leg Raises

Here’s another week of Exercise of the Week. This week’s exercise is more based out of rehabilitation rather than fitness, but if you’re looking for something you can do at home or maybe while traveling, this could be a good choice! This will work the quads and hip flexors if done in the manner the video shows. You can also do 4 different directions with this exercise realistically and work a large variety of muscles in the upper leg.
