Exercise of the Week: TRX Hamstring Curl

Here’s this week’s Exercise of the Week. We’re bringing back the TRX Suspension Trainer. Definitely consider one of these things in your program! I use the TRX a few times a week. Some days it’s a part of my warm up and other days I spend my entire workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer. I also utilize this piece of equipment almost daily in rehabilitation programs for my athletes.

Give this a try and let me know what you think! My athletes hate me for it..
