Exercise of the Week: TRX Bridge

This week’s Exercise of the Week is the TRX Bridge. We’re going to work the glutes in this exercise. It’s also going to help set the table for next week’s exercise.

I would probably learn to do the bridge on the floor/table first before advancing here. The TRX is going to make this more unstable which will add to the difficulty.
