Well so apparently I don’t know dates very well; this was supposed to post on Sunday, but that’s okay!

I like this quote because it is so true. Many of us get into a hurry to do things and if we’re not careful we’ll over-do it. Or we’ll be in such a rush that we are sloppy with our techniques. Slow down, take your time, and build up slowly. If you rush through a workout, you’re just speeding up the chance of injury!
