Summer Challenge

June 1st was the start of the Summer 52-Day Challenge on the Men’s Health forums. I have a lot of ambitious goals for this challenge that I hope to achieve and I think they are all more than doable. Unfortunately I’ve been extremely busy so I haven’t been able to get this program put together earlier, but now I have a rough idea of where I’m headed this summer. My workouts are sometimes fairly sporadic, but that’s okay by me. I look forward to working out and I think that is a major key.

TNT Man has the quote, “Your workouts and diet should enhance your life, not become your life.” I really like this quote although there are many times where I feel like my workouts have become my life. I spend most of my days in the gym whether I am working or working out.

Over the next few weeks and months, please check back often as I continue to post my thoughts. I plan to post after each workout and occasionally before them as well. I’ll try to add my thoughts on exercise and nutrition in general as well as my workout log.
